Are there "other side of the tracks" neighborhoods there because everything you've shown us so far is postcard pretty.

No, no "other side of the tracks" and no homeless in sight. No shelters, no food banks, nothing. I must be living in a socialist country ;) Yes, it's very beautiful and very much like a postcard. I often feel like I'm in a foreign film or a postcard.
